Shipping Policy

• SHIPPING - Fluff and Stuff Keepsakes always recommend sending items to us using a reliable tracked and signed for service as we know how truly irreplaceable these items are. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure addresses are written legibly. Please ensure there is a return address on the parcel and your name and/or order number is also on the outside of the parcel and inside so that I can easily identify them.

• SHIPPING - For all items shipped internationally to and from Fluff and Stuff Keepsakes, any customs charges incurred are the responsibility of customer to pay. Please ensure you check and make yourself aware of any additional customs and duties applicable to you in your country.

• SHIPPING - Fluff and Stuff Keepsakes do not accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post, should a package get lost in transit it is the customers responsibility to trace it.

• SHIPPING - Fluff and Stuff Keepsakes returns finished keepsakes to you via a tracked, signed, and insured courier service and always retains proof of posting. The customer will be forwarded the tracking details once items have shipped, should they go missing it is the customer’s responsibility to trace the parcel.
