Order Process

STEP 1 - CHOOSE YOUR KEEPSAKE

Will it be a bear? A Cushion? A blanket? ... Have a look through the keepsake items we offer and choose the perfect keepsake to have your special items of clothing handcrafted into. Once you've decided, add the items to your basket and checkout. Simple.

STEP 2- CHOOSE YOUR MEMORY FILLED ITEMS OF CLOTHING

It's time for you to rummage around the loft, the closet and under the bed for all those beautiful babygrows and items of clothing you have stashed away that hold all those precious memories. Those special items of clothing are perfect for creating your very own keepsake items to love and cherish forever. You can see which clothing is suitable and how any is required for each keepsake on our FAQ page.

STEP 3 - POST YOUR CLOTHING TO US

 

Once you have placed your order an order confirmation email will be sent to you which contains all the information and address to ship your chosen clothing too. 

STEP 4 - YOUR KEEPSAKE IS MADE

Your keepsake is lovingly crafted in 10-12 weeks after placing the order, providing clothing has been received.

Each keepsake is made with the upmost care and attention to ensure they are perfect before being sent back to you so our 10-12 week return time is only a rough guide. If you would like your keepsake back for a specific date then please include this as a note at checkout and I will try my best to accommodate this.

STEP 5 - YOUR FINISHED KEEPSAKE COMES HOME

Once your keepsake is complete, It is carefully packaged up ready for it's journey home.

We know how precious your items are, so we send all keepsakes via a Next day, tracked and signed for shipping service. You'll get an email with your tracking number so that you can track your special keepsake all the way to your doorstep.

If you selected "Collection" at the order stage, then we will contact you when your keepsake is ready and arrange a time and date that suits you.

STEP 6 - CHERISH YOUR KEEPSAKE FOREVER

Your hand crafted keepsake is now with you to love and cherish for generations to come.

We would love to see your special items in their new homes, so feel free to send us photos. It's the happy smiles and comfort that our keepsakes bring that makes what we do here at Fluff and Stuff Keepsakes worthwhile.
