Q. What are keepsakes?
"A keepsake is an item kept in memory of a person who originally owned it."
Your keepsakes are made from your cherished items of clothing. These could be in memory of a lost loved one or your small little one who is growing up too fast!
Please note that our keepsake bears and animals are not toys and should not be given to children under the age of 14. They're not designed to withstand play or washing. They are designed for display purposes and gentle handling.
Q. How long will it take to make my keepsake?
Your finished keepsake(s) will be made and shipped to you 10-12 weeks from receipt of clothing.
Q. What items of clothing can I include?
I can use a variety of different items, including but not limited to the following,
Babygrows, T-shirts, jumpers, dresses, trousers, PJs, coats/jackets, blankets, dressing gowns, bibs, ties.
Please contact me if you would like to check if your items are suitable.
Q. What condition do clothes need to be in?
Clothing should be washed and in a clean condition, but do not need to be ironed. I do try to avoid any stains or marks on your items however this isn't always possible.
Q. How many items do you need?
I request the below qty of clothing for each keepsake. If you have selected optional extras i.e waistcoat or then an additional item will be needed to create those.
- 5-7 babygrows or equivalent amount of clothing.
- 8-10 items will be needed if all preemie size.
- 5-9 babygrow or equivalent
- Small - 20 babygrows or equivalent
- Medium - 35-40 babygrows or equivalent
- Large - 55 - 65 babygrows or equivalent
- 1-2 items of Adult clothing
- 5-9 items of Adult clothing
- 1 shirt or item
- Small - 4-5 items of Adult clothing
- Medium - 5-7 items of Adult clothing
- Large - 7-10 items of Adult clothing
Q. Do you offer payment plans?

Q. Where/when shall I send my items to you?
You will receive all the details for sending your chosen clothing to me on your order confirmation once you have placed your order. Please arrange to post your items of clothing shortly after to ensure I receive them in plenty of time to begin your order. Please ensure you use a valid email address when placing your order as this is the email we will use to contact you on.
Q. How will my keepsake be returned to me?
During checkout you can select to have your keepsake(s) returned to you via Royal Mail 24 tacked and signed service. The tracking number of your keepsake(s) will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Q. Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes I am happy to ship worldwide. Please contact me beforehand for a quote. Any customs fees and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer, please make yourself aware of any applicable fees before ordering.
Q. How should I post my items to you?
I advise that you post items in a secure waterproof mailing bag via Royal Mail recorded/tracked service minimise loss and damage. Please also include on the outside of your package a return address and your order number so that your parcel can be identified quickly.
