SHIPPING INFO

Our Christmas Eve boxes are custom made for you so please allow 5-7 working days from order placement for your box to be made and then posted to you. You can choose between 1st class or 2nd class signed for postage and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once posted.

RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is damaged or faulty.

Please ensure all spelling and information provided is correct before placing your order. No refunds will be provided if the item is faulty due to incorrect information received from you.
